In this role you will:
- Support customer engagement by processing bank transfer transactions, sharing digital solutions and making relevant introductions to bankers
- Complete operational activities and minimize risks in accordance with established practices
- Perform routine transactional, operational and customer support tasks effectively, knowing the bank's procedures and products as well as partners throughout the organization.
- Receive guidance from managers and rate ratings according to defined policies and procedures
- Refer questions and issues to more experienced roles
- Interact with customers and individuals to demonstrate concern, build relationships and complete requested transactions
- Identify information and services to meet financial needs of clients
Required Qualification:
- 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent experience as evidenced by one or a combination of the following: work experience, education, military experience, training
Desired Qualification:
- 1 year of interpersonal experience demonstrated through work, military or education
- Military experience (military transfer, reservist or veteran) and currently in a college or university program
- Customer service focuses on experience in handling complex transactions across multiple systems
- Ability to educate customers and connect them with technology and share the value of mobile banking capabilities
- Ability to communicate honestly and professionally with clients and team members
- Experience working with others in a team based on customer needs
- Money handling experience
- Ability to follow rules, procedures and regulations
- Ability to identify potential fraudulent/risky accounts and take necessary actions to prevent losses
- Well organized, independent and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use judgment, question management and follow policy guidelines
- Relevant military experience, including work in personnel management, handling military orders or transfers, military readiness operations, human resources, or military recruiting.
- You can actively acquire, acquire, create and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
