Obligations
- Apply knowledge and skills related to analysis, business processes, tools, domains, design methodologies, requirements definition and testing to solve multiple problems.
- Collaborate with other technology team members to provide advice or solutions using your expertise
- Stay updated with his knowledge of current affairs
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches
- Evaluate the effort and value of the solutions
- Leverage business solutions with extensive knowledge of technology platforms/architectures

- Proactively monitor program risks, issues and scope, ensuring appropriate priority level, visibility and escalation
- May perform other duties as directed by HR Managers

- You know business analysis, process modeling and transformation
- Experience in technical environments
- Expertise in software development methods
- You know partnership, communication and negotiations when working with different teams and/or external partners
- Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical problems, articulate the problem or root cause, and transform the analysis into actionable solution recommendations
- Ability to work effectively in a strong customer service/team oriented environment
- Ability to research, create and document requirements, processes and specifications
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple and highly disparate workflows/tasks
- Ability to perform a variety of administrative or project-related tasks while maintaining excellence in all responsibilities; can do the same to others
- Ability to teach and guide others on technical and business topics
