- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or other technical field or similar practical work experience.
- 3 years of experience in defining, managing and implementing cloud-based collaboration systems.
- 3 years of experience in customer-focused technical consulting roles.
- Experience with system design or web or application development with scripting languages (eg Java, Python, Javascript, NodeJS, C#).

Desired Qualification:
- 3 years of experience in planning and executing paid service contracts at the company level.
- 3 years of experience in managing stakeholder management, including defining and executing technical programs with IT and business teams.
- Experience with enterprise IT requirements such as identity and access rights management, data protection, encryption, maintainability and regulatory compliance.
- Experience writing SQL and visualizing meaningful data.
- Experience developing cloud-based API applications.

The US base salary for this full-time job ranges from $10,000 to $209,000 with benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.
