What you do:
- Financial management
- Prepare, manage and control the program budget.
- Provide estimate/budget inputs for Business Cases, Annual Operating Plan AOP/Long Term Plan - LRP. Track software delivery schedules and costs. Plan ROI for future programs. Program evaluation
- Evaluate and determine the resources needed to successfully complete a project of small to medium complexity. Identify potential risks to the successful completion of the project.
- Program monitoring and control
- Monitor and evaluate project progress against approved milestones and timelines. Lead cross-functional and/or cross-pillar coordination meetings to assess schedule progress, health, issues/risks, and key project dependencies. Take the necessary steps to redo the program in the event of failure. Business
- Consider key stakeholders and their priorities. Participate in a business task to get things done in your unit or region.
- Communicate key aspects of the business decision making process. Comment on the organization's business model and financial goals.
