The Core Accessories Services team is looking for a Software Engineer to work on Apple platforms; iOS, macOS, tvOS and watchOS. The candidate will be expected to develop and implement platform-level functionality related to recovery/synchronization of Apple devices and peripherals. In addition, the candidate is expected to interact on a functional level with multiple teams that have a critical impact on hardware and software design.

Description
Develop additional wired and wireless features, protocols and technologies. Tool development for feature simulation, verification and system level troubleshooting. Document code and create functional specifications, including measurable system performance metrics.
Education and experience
- BS CE/EE/CS (or equivalent)
- Additional requirements
- Additional prerequisites:
- You are fluent in Objective-C
- Proficient in Swift
- Experience with Apple basics such as GCD and XPC
- Experience designing IoT products
- Experience with additional iOS frameworks like HomeKit, CoreBluetooth.
- Solid understanding of network protocols
