The AppleCare Service Content team is looking for an expert Tableau dashboard designer to create reports that guide the training team and partner organizations.
key competencies
- Proven ability to tell meaningful stories with data
- 2 years experience with Tableau (Tableau dashboard suite preferred)
- Tableau Certified Data Analyst
- Demonstrated understanding of ETL processes, relational database principles, SQL, data optimization and a keen eye for design. SQL Proficiency in MPP / SQL Database like Snowflake
- Good understanding of Keynote, Numbers and Excel
- Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills, especially the ability to simplify complex information into useful insights
- Ability to think critically about solutions and discuss the merits of different approaches with team members
- Great attention to detail, organization, team orientation and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Digital media experience is beneficial

Lead the design, development and implementation of Tableau dashboards, including data preparation and data integrity, work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and design engaging dashboards.
