This role helps the team meet the credit reporting needs of CTB's business and evolving regulatory reporting requirements by providing clean, acceptable and concise data and meeting business needs/requirements through early and continuous value delivery. This team member will have the opportunity to work on strategic credit risk initiatives using technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.

In this role you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables in technical online environments
- Participate in large-scale strategic planning
- Designing, coding, testing, repairing and documenting technology-related projects and programs, including updates and implementations
- Consider technical challenges of moderate complexity that require a thorough evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Solve problems of moderate complexity and lead a team to meet the needs of existing customers or potential new customers using a solid understanding of operations, policies, procedures or compliance requirements.
