what will you do
- Collaborates with a cross-functional team to develop a strategic product plan
- Keeps stakeholders informed and communicates results, learning and change as teams work towards goals
- Develops and shares product information through market insights, customer/user feedback, competitive analysis, and industry and technology trends.
- Increase understanding of the workforce applications portfolio, American Airlines policies and procedures, business objectives and delivery changes.
- Manages large temporary projects under the supervision of airport operations managers
- Ensures and monitors business readiness (training, communication and marketing, etc.) to achieve company goals
- Prepares data and presentations for high-level meetings and other ad hoc needs
- Coordinates and supports product project management and reporting; using data knowledge, project management skills and various data/presentation tools
- Acts as a customer and first-rate advocate who drives positive change in teams; serves as an internal resource to help define and prioritize initiative requirements, manage progress and KPIs
