We are looking for a professional and skilled Senior Product Manager to join our global product marketing team, responsible for managing and marketing domestic products. You will collaborate with teams across the company to define, develop and launch new innovations that have a positive impact on the lives of our customers.
key competencies
- 7 years of experience in managing multiple product development cycles from concept to launch
- Proven experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of smart home technologies, products and markets or related fields is a plus
- Strong ability to lead through influence, conversation and storytelling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, at all levels of the organization
- Ability to synthesize technologies for product communication to a broad audience including customers, media, analysts and key industry experts
- Press and media experience as a successful product communicator at a national or global level
- Independent and proactive, with proven creative and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Description
As a member of the Global Home Product Marketing team, you will be deeply involved in defining, developing and launching the roadmap for future products. Play an instrumental role where:
- Synthesize technology trends, market trends and user feedback to identify new products and technology opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Industrial Engineering, Human Interface and Engineering to define the roadmap and strategy.
- Define and announce exciting new features and concepts
- Plan product positioning, key messages and create product launch materials
- Launches new products globally with marketing communications, public relations and events teams
- Act as a product speaker at press conferences and public events
