- Discover and create key and innovative solutions that advance the business and industry.
- Explore emerging technologies (eg Big Data, AI/ML, Blockchain, Digital Twins, etc.) and develop prototypes and concepts/ideas with little or no guidance and integrate them into architectural solutions culminating in working software.
- Work with highly inspired and curious technologists and business experts who are already developing and developing applications to the highest standards.
- Use your hands-on experience to guide developers/engineers to create code that leads to innovative and valuable results and accelerates the development of a technical culture.

Minimum requirements - education and previous work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 8 years of experience in the development of application systems
- 5 years of experience in software architecture and design

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 5 years of technical or team management experience
- 2 years of cloud architecture or development experience in Azure, IBM Cloud or Cloud
- 2 years of experience in agile methodology
- 2 years of experience in DevOps implementation processes
