Required Qualifications
- At least years of clinical and non-clinical staff leadership and management experience
- At least years of clinical product design experience
- At least 2 years experience in foster care (preferably KS)
- At least years of behavioral health work experience. – Active and unrestricted license in the state of KS:
- Registered Nurse RN OR
- Independent Behavioral Health Practitioner (LCSW, LPC/LCPC, etc.)
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% of your time within the state or out of state as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managed care organizations
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and evidence of success with regular updates in all aspects of clinical project or program management
- Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements based on lessons learned
- Thorough understanding of clinical workflow and best practices
- Ability to effectively manage customer expectations and build trust
- Proven experience in leading large and complex clinical initiatives and projects
- Proven communication skills, both written and verbal; able to communicate effectively at all levels of the company
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather knowledge and improve processes; experience in building, maintaining and supporting effective relationships between diverse teams to achieve goals
- Team training/presentation skills that communicate and influence internal and external parties. Reinforces health care philosophy, programs, operating methods and procedures. • Proven experience designing, implementing and tracking metrics for segment changes
- Proven experience in clinical product development
- Proven experience documenting and presenting clinical program information.
