We are hiring senior applied scientists with a variety of deep learning skills but experience in computer vision, latency propagation, or related fundamental models to accelerate our plans to create high-quality ads for advertisers. As a senior scientist on this team, you:
- Be a machine learning tech leader; lead efforts within this team and other teams.
- Perform hands-on analysis and modeling of large data sets to gain insights that increase traffic monetization and product sales without compromising the shopping experience.
- Manage end-to-end machine learning projects with high levels of ambiguity, scope and complexity.
- Build machine learning models, run proofs of concept, test, optimize and deploy your models to production. work closely with software engineers to help produce your ML models.
- Run A/B tests, collect data and perform statistical analysis.
- scalable, efficient and automated processes for large-scale data analysis, machine learning model development, model validation and management. Explore new and innovative machine learning methods.
- Recruit professional scientists to the team and provide mentorship.
