- Performs analyzes of various health data to evaluate programs and product solutions for health medicine, pharmacy, laboratory, research andusage information.
- Effectively designs and codes with SAS/SQL programs.
- Extracts data from multiple sources and creates integrated analysis sets, reports and studies to answer business and research questions.
- Develops, validates and implements algorithms and predictive models to solve business problems. Performs univariate and multivariate statistical analyzes and interprets results in the context of a business problem or question.
- Regularly updates analytical routines and department production systems. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions to the meeting
- for business needs. Participates in presentations and consultations informing about information services, capabilities and performance results.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to present information to different target groups.
- 3 years of programming or analytical work experience.
- Information on other reporting platforms such as Business Objects, Microsoft Access, Web Development Technology, Big Data Analysis, Data mining, Visual Basic. –
- Understand relational databases, information systems and data backup
- Experience in statistical analysis and database management.
- Knowledge of analytical programming tools and methods (SAS, SQL, OLAP, Business Objects, Crystal).
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry, policy, study design, univariate and multivariate statistical analysis, predictive modeling, case mix and risk adjustment methods and tools.
- Experience working in a data warehouse and ability to process large datasets from multiple data sources.
- Strong knowledge of health claims, products and systems.
- Thorough understanding of complex databases and UNIX or computer environments. - strong SQL and SAS programming skills (e.g. SAS Base, SAS STAT, SAS Macros)
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
