Basic tasks
For Global Risk Management and Claims, you will report to the Chief Risk Officer, focusing on the day-to-day tasks of the Automotive Claims team. This role supports multiple programs and lines of business and works closely with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurance companies.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Support the day-to-day management of commercial vehicle advertisements.
- Answer and resolve claims related questions from TPAs, insurance companies and internal partners.
- Manage a large number of shared mailboxes and determine how to resolve or distribute requests to the appropriate team.
- Use previous experience in troubleshooting and identifying trends.
- Take a tactical approach to problem solving by looking for ways to improve processes.
- Work in teams to achieve project results.
- Up to 25% available for domestic travel.
BASIC STUDIES
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university
- 2 years of experience handling first and third tier auto ads
FAVORABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with fleet or commercial vehicles
- Ability and willingness to manage projects
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally both orally and in writing.
- Well organized, detail oriented and adaptable to changing processes and priorities.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team, express opinion and respect different points of view. Willingness to learn and develop
