Key Functions / Job Description
- You will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of all tasks related to a specific project:
- Coordinate monitoring and reporting of project milestones
- Coordinate product updates, service packages with suppliers and business units
- Coordination of new software implementations and software updates
- Coordinate project work of Hobby Lobby business unit and technology teams - infrastructure, network, database, development, cybersecurity, technical support
- Collaborate with team members to gather functional requirements and develop related process flows and/or documentation
- Developing system support documentation and providing/coordinating ongoing support
- Create and manage project documentation, plans and reports
- Assign tasks to groups and help manage schedules
- Liaise with business users and information system to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Analyze risks, opportunities and address potential problems. Work with the project manager to remove obstacles
- Coordinate project team and end-user training requirements, materials development and training
- Travel to the project if necessary - up to 20%
- Other duties, tasks or projects as assigned
Job Description - Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in hardware management, technical support, software development or support services
- Business analysis
- Quality assurance

- Project and time management skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to meet and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Windows operating system experience
