In this role, you will be responsible for leading various programs and campaigns that support the accelerated growth of our vehicle business in North America. The purpose of these programs is to inform more consumers about Tesla's offerings and improve the overall experience for our customers. Your time is focused on researching and testing ideas to accelerate growth; turning successful ideas into full-scale programs with internal and external teams; and to continually improve the programs we administer. Our regional vendors look forward to working with you as a close partner to plan and promote growth initiatives in their markets.

Responsibilities:
- Define, conceptualize, prioritize, test and launch sales programs and campaigns across North America to acquire new customers
- Develop and manage deadlines, budgets and activities in a fast-paced environment
- Design and implement programs in close collaboration with sales managers, cross-functional and external teams
- Measure the impact of programs on sales and delivery results

Previous experience
