As part of our technical team, you will be responsible for planning, leading and coordinating large strategic programs from inception to execution. Leads cross-functional project and program teams and collaborates with internal customers to define and translate project/program goals into solutions. Responsible for managing project/program costs, resources, risks and issues to ensure objectives are met. You will receive regular program status updates.

How effective are you in this role?
- Develops program strategy and various level-wide high-level project plans with a scope and approach fully understood by all partners.
- Ensures project integration and adjusts project scope, timing and budgets according to objectives
- Identifies and tracks key achievements and recommends changes to cross-functional team plans
- Ensures accurate description of project/program budgets, estimates and facts using appropriate tools
- Monitors and communicates delivery progress and ensures timely and effective information on costs, forecasts, schedules and risk/issue assessment.
- Negotiates and influences cross-functional teams to ensure that appropriate resources are allocated and maintained during the execution of the plan.
- Anticipate program/project risks and issues and ensure appropriate mitigation plan to ensure delivery is not compromised
- Ensures effective use of change control procedures and processes to maintain scope, schedule and cost control
- Add to process continuous improvement or redesign
- Communicate with key partners on program strategy direction and changes
Minimum requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
- Financial ability to represent internal project/program funding as needed
- Extensive experience in business/industry, as well as management and project management work experience
- Ability to manage a cross-functional, large/complex program or multiple programs
- Ability to adapt to situations to quickly resolve and/or harmonize issues
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management
- Ability to effectively negotiate and influence to achieve desired results
- Ability to use business and technical experience to identify impacts or risks and develop mitigation plans
- Experience in demand management and infrastructure procurement processes
- Knowledge of infrastructure
- Previous collaborative experience with partners
- Solid experience managing multiple cross-functional projects or programs
