You will lead our service mission team, manage team action plan, manage workload and ensure the team delivers effectively and efficiently within a large Cross Functional group.

- Analyze and define effective, cost-effective solutions to support corporate goals, departmental goals, business processes and operational requirements.
- Define and communicate the roadmap for service initiatives. Make sure the action plan supports the company's goals and aligns with the company's priorities
- Interact with business partners, enterprise project teams and channel teams to understand their needs and priorities
- Perform and participate in the analysis of business processes and functional requirements
- Prepare relevant documents to transfer and confirm information
- Support the QA team during testing
- Maintain team capacity management plans and ensure roadmaps match team capacity
- Track the progress of deliverables, keep dependent teams and projects informed of progress
- Take corrective action when the goal cannot be achieved or when higher priorities interfere with previous commitments

Qualifications
- What is needed to succeed (minimum requirements):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business Administration and/or similar work experience
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams to deliver on time and on budget
- 5 years of software product management
- Strong knowledge of product management best practices, functional design and application delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of specific production methods, tools and techniques
- Ability to develop product line processes and strategies
- Strong multitasker, proven experience in multiple roles and projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Eye for details
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills - oral, written and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint
- Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship
- Successful completion of the interview is necessary to meet the requirements of the position
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential to the role
