- Supervises the Operational Planners who perform gate assignments, IRROP planning and coordination with nearby departments to obtain on-time performance for the station
- Oversees the activities of AA employees who perform the movement of plane
- Chairs day by day shift briefings and prepares day by day station excursion reports
- Monitors station arrival/departure dependability overall performance analyzing tendencies
- Investigates and resolves all operational irregularities to make sure compliance to AA operating processes
- Codes Station delays
- Communicates with all nearby working departments in addition to IOC, MOC, AA important masses and outside agencies bearing on AA operational agenda
- Plays different responsibilities as asked

- Bachelor’s diploma in commercial enterprise control discipline or equal revel in/education
