As TCOM's Senior Guest Services Specialist, you will deliver a branded experience with every contact using the TGS Chat platform to deepen relationships and increase loyalty and sales. You will have the ability to make decisions and resolve guest concerns in a courteous and helpful manner, providing excellent guest service skills, a strong work ethic and integrity. You learn new technology and solve problems using all available resources and information. You will interact with various target groups to effectively and timely resolve guest issues and be responsible for identifying, evaluating and communicating guest trends to management in a timely manner. You must quickly adapt to the changing needs of the company while demonstrating a positive attitude and professionalism in internal and external communications. You will adhere to departmental performance standards and goals related to performance and quality service and have a thorough understanding of policies and procedures that support regulatory compliance. You work in a multimedia environment (emails, phone calls, chat and letters) and you need to prioritize your work accordingly.

From you
- Bachelor's degree or higher. Previous customer service experience of 1-3 years, preferably in a Chat environment. Ability to interact with guests, team members and internal business partners in a professional, friendly and empathetic style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening and negotiation skills. Increased experience in handling guest complaints
- Ability to use various sources of information to answer questions, identify problems and deal with guests appropriately
- Strong technical skills, ability to work on multiple systems and high proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Alternative offers:
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends
- 5 hours/week with two consecutive weekly breaks. Rotating shifts: 2/7.
