We are looking for a strong business consultant who has worked in an agile/scrum/kanban environment, collaborated with business stakeholders (product owners, product managers) in defining agile requirements (Epics/Stories) and enables incremental delivery from agile teams. The role of the Established Director is to act as an internal consultant / program manager for key programs.

Incubation of new talents and teams
- Collaborate with departments and business units to identify the value of leveraging the retail platform to support technology, technology-related features, and features that add value to the business.
- Demand planning: Conduct an analysis of which functions or teams could benefit from increased talent or skills. Collaborate with external researchers and strategic partners to understand the market and talent for technology-related and value-added business services such as data/analytics, revenue management, etc.
- Develop and present compelling business cases to departments and business units.
- Collaborate with BUs and talent acquisition to shape the organization
- . Provide regular status updates on the status of various initiatives.
- Support the seeding of new features in the Revenue Management/Retail space by serving as a Program Manager/Integration Manager
Registration
- Support the integration of new teams into existing ways of working by ensuring frequent two-way communication and travel.
- Work with participating departments and companies to foster collaboration, drive innovation and support their business goals. Lead departments and business units in best practices for managing global teams.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Continually improve overall business value and strategic alignment of new teams and results.
