As an HR business partner, you will be a key strategic partner in leadership and a valuable resource for team members. Whether you're providing onboarding, performance management or coaching to leaders and team members they need to succeed, you'll become an experienced and committed resource. You will positively influence how team members experience organizational change and leverage knowledge, and work closely with leaders to build teams that achieve their specific business goals. You will also work closely with our leaders to recruit, retain, develop and optimize the performance and engagement of individuals and teams. You think innovatively about solving problems and provide excellent, high quality and efficient HR services.

From you:
- Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development
- Ability to use strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations at various levels of the organization; including but not limited to senior management. Strong reasoning, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development
- Ability to understand and relate principles and procedures to others
- Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, computer systems (eg Excel, Word, O365)
