KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works closely with Team Leaders and Coordinators to meet project objectives in conceptualization and development of graphics and layouts
- Creates designs with strong artistic sensibilities that satisfy a diverse array of projects
- Versatile design abilities in branding, typography and packaging
- Pitches creative concepts to Team Leaders and Creative Coordinators
- Completes all design assignments according to the needs of the clients and the Hobby Lobby customer while meeting the technical requirements of department standards.
- Meets all deadlines while juggling multiple projects
- Maintains current knowledge of design trends
- Solves problems proactively with patience and intelligence
- Works closely with peers and sets a tone of partnership between teams
- Maintains a clean and orderly workstation
- Follows all Art/Creative safety policies and procedures including the proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment).
- Contributes to team effort by fulfilling responsibilities with a positive attitude
- Adapts to additional duties and tasks

- Ability to perform job duties at the corporate office in Oklahoma City (Accommodation for location flexibility, such as telecommuting, is not available.)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field required
- Professional design experience preferred
