MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
- Works closely with team leaders and coordinators to achieve project goals in graphics and layout design and development
- Create designs with a strong artistic sensibility to suit a wide range of projects
- Versatile design skills in branding, typography and packaging
- Presents creative concepts to team leaders and creative coordinators
- Performs all design tasks according to the needs of the client and Hobby Lobby, meeting technical requirements of departmental standards.
- Meets all deadlines and juggles multiple projects
- Maintain current knowledge of design trends
- Proactively solves problems patiently and intelligently
- Works closely with colleagues and creates a tone of partnership in teams
- Keeps the workplace clean and organized
- Follows all artistic/creative safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Participates in team work with a positive attitude while fulfilling responsibilities
- Adapts to additional duties and tasks
