- Delta is offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus to new hires!
- Assign, manage, direct, escort and approve the work of technicians and third party project contractors.
- Monitors completion of assigned tasks, including timely reporting of daily task results to management. Report unfinished tasks to next shift technicians.
- Ensure that the maintenance management system is updated daily.
- Maintain, modify, repair, install and assemble all facilities infrastructure equipment and building systems.
- Carry out renovation works to maintain the appearance of the object. Knowledge of Delta Air Lines facilities and infrastructure to perform such work as required.
- Ensure continued reliability of property maintenance operations by performing required maintenance and repairs while complying with Delta Air Lines regulations and all local state and federal guidelines. Practices safety conscious behavior in all work processes and procedures.
- Maintain, alter, repair or assemble and use appropriate equipment or furniture for which the maintenance of the premises is responsible. This includes but is not limited to; HVAC; Water cooling systems; Hot water heating systems; Pumps; Cooling; Basic HVAC; Systems of protection against fire; Electrical systems 50 to 13,800 volts; Emergency or backup generators; Transformers; and manual/automatic transfer switches.
- Perform work to acceptable standards of quality and productivity as prescribed by construction management.
- Maintain satisfactory records of regulatory training related to facility maintenance and all required safety training.
- Maintain, monitor and operate the property management system.
- The starting wage for an MSP Facilities Technician is $29.73 per hour plus $
- per hour for applicable boiler licenses. Internal movement fitness:
- Must be in good standing in current position (has not developed formal activity – written instruction letter, correction note or most recent corrective action report – in the past 6 months). •
- Must be in current position for at least 1 year.
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment and potential assessment requirements.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
- A Class 1B boiler license is mandatory.
- Current salary 3rd shift 22:00-06:00; some weekends

- Work in confined spaces and at heights over 75 meters.
- Must be computer literate and able to perform duties related to building maintenance systems as needed. Ability to lift 75 lbs.
