As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for driving success against identified business outcomes and metrics and drive alignment with all partner teams across the Digital, Marketing, Marketing, IT and Technology organizations. You are a great storyteller, able to influence without authority and distill technically complex concepts into non-technical, easy-to-understand elements. You can collaborate and present with your team members at all levels, including senior management, while negotiating and removing obstacles for your team..

Additionally, you have domain expertise in semantic search, natural language processing and machine learning. You drive discovery through a test-and-learn approach, developing hypotheses and solid ways to confirm or disprove them. You will obsessively learn about flexible mind and influence.
Ideally, you will have prior experience in digital retail, but most importantly, you will have prior experience in a consumer software company addressing the structured and unstructured data challenges that drive PandLi's material impact. You understand the theoretical, but you use applied and innovative and scalable solutions across Target's multiple pyramids.

From you:
- A four-year degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, mathematics or a similar technically complex field; Higher education preferred
- 10 years of experience in consumer software product management
- 6 years of experience delivering multiple AI-enabled products in close collaboration with research and engineering teams
- High data literacy and experience in managing business results
- Previous experience managing search and browsing algorithms, features and user experiences is required
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, manage team and partners simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to large audiences
- Ability to lead and influence a team while building relationships between multiple teams across the company
- Previous experience in digital business is considered an advantage
