Activities
- Provides customers with courteous, friendly, fast and efficient service.
- Recommends products for sale to the customer and recommends replacements and/or additional products.

- For consumables, using the first-in, first-out and inventory method helps with inventory turnover. Own working knowledge of store systems and store layout.
- Offers customer service in the field of photography, including digital passport photo service, poster printing and creative machine, sales suggestion of advertising photography products.
- Responsible for online loading duties (track orders in the Picture Care Plus app, fulfill orders (pick up product), deliver orders to customers when they arrive in store).
- Assists with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, orderly condition and appearance of the store.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with colleagues.

Undergraduate degrees
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. (except Puerto Rico)
