- Advertises and sells air travel to passengers or freight forwarders. Assists with passenger registration and receiving goods.
- Interprets domestic and international government regulations and requirements for travel or cargo shipments.
- React and send the planes at the scheduled times. Provides assistance to passengers and customers in distress. Protects the assets and income of the company.
- Ensures a safe journey. Has the physical ability and ability to use motor skills in a variety of work tasks. Uses organizational skills to complete multiple tasks in a limited time frame.
- Is a self-starter and needs little supervision. Respond and assist in security and emergency situations. Follows internal/external policies and procedures.
- May be required to drive and use aerial stairs for various types of aircraft to pick up and drop off passengers.
- May be required to perform personal traffic control functions, including air-to-ground communications and tower operations.
- Depending on the location of the airport, this position can work in various weather conditions.
- Due to flight operations, customer service representatives work shifts that include irregular and/or extended hours, weekends and holidays.

Everything you need to succeed
Minimum requirements - education and previous work experience
- University degree or GED or equivalent international degree
- Bilingual skills are sometimes required
- Valid driver's license required by local authorities
- You must pass an FAA criminal background check in order to have unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA) if necessary.
- He must be able to obtain the appropriate airport authorities and/or US security clearances, if available
- Pre-employment drug screening, background check and/or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements
- You must be authorized to work in the United States.
