The Customer Retention Supervisor is a member of the Disney Performance team and helps promote and optimize customer retention and engagement in and across the Nordics. The individual will work with the Customer Campaign Coordinator to maintain retention metrics, optimize turnover and increase lifetime.

Opportunities and responsibilities:
- Part of local retention team responsible for delivering and optimizing key retention KPIs locally (attrition, return, reactivation, recall rate, risk)
- Working with all retention and engagement activities (lifecycle journeys and cancellation triggers, de-risking and content recovery). Collaboration with EMEA managers.
- Together with the coordinator, plan and implement the production of customer campaigns, such as newsletters, push notifications, applications, etc. Includes coordination of assets and translations in the region.
- Evaluate and track campaign metrics and identify ways to improve service engagement.
- Review, test and optimize existing customer pipelines.
- Continuously analyze cancellation data to understand why people cancel and how they are recorded for optimization and messaging
- Develop performance reports; ability to compare and contextualize results in local markets
- Choose new retention methods to reduce turnover / effectively optimize net growth
- Establish a solid working relationship with key stakeholders; regional lifecycle and engagement teams, creative, content, PR, brand marketing, sales and legal
- Be an expert in competitor operations and maintaining best practices
- Adapt to changing priorities and demands

- Responsible for CRM activations for Disney related partners. Includes planning, coordination, production, analysis and collaboration with partner CRM experts/managers.
Experience required of you:
- Successful customer management / SVOD retention experience
- Experience with orders and proven ability to improve lean KPIs (turnover, net growth, revenue)
- He enjoys working in cross-functional / cross-regional teams, ideally with experience in an international matrix organization.
- A deep understanding and interest in the latest storage technologies and an awareness of the unique challenges of the consumer subscription business are essential.
- Understanding market nuances and dynamics to execute global strategy while balancing local adaptations to deliver local results
- Experience in copywriting
- Able to speak at least one Nordic language and English
