Areas of responsibility include:
- Direct support to field staff (Supers, Project Managers and GCs) to facilitate project construction from start to finish.
- Responsible for organizing tenders for national accounting products, reviewing tenders and obtaining appropriate permission to enter into a contract.
- Manage the RFI process to ensure responses are returned in a timely manner to avoid unnecessary delays.
- Responsible for receiving, approving and processing contract change orders for each project. Research and develop relationships with new vendors for National Accounts products
- Continuous evaluation of processes to improve efficiency in all aspects of construction
- Coordinate design and development and construction to improve the final product
- Manage multiple projects in different phases simultaneously. Deliver projects on time with high quality and accuracy.

Job Description - Requirements
Absolutely necessary:
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite experience.
- Problem solving and planning skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime if necessary to meet deadlines.
- Must be organized and pay close attention to detail
Ability to multitask
- Strong ability to maintain project documentation
- Self motivated Team oriented. Not required, but very useful:
- Experience reading and evaluating plans
