Liable for supervising the staffing group for the consumer Engagement center (CEC) and staffing gear. - Manages CEC Staffing device and methods to meet the converting needs of the commercial enterprise.

- Meets with other areas of CEC to understand and plan for upcoming offline sports that might effect staffing.
- Attends training and WFH seminars to enhance abilities.
Understanding, capabilities & skills:
- Four year university diploma or equivalent
- Three-five years call middle revel in with 2 years work force control software
- Preceding management or lead revel in preferred but no longer required
- Computer abilities inclusive of Outlook, ability to navigate internet site, correct keyboarding abilities.
- Sturdy dating building skills.
