Description
The Business Systems Analyst supports the Digital Product Ops team's ongoing analysis and configuration, both of which directly impact the customer experience for Apple Support customers. This includes updating settings and configurations, regular performance and usage analysis, and supporting an agile development cycle. This role requires a quick learner, attention to detail and an eye for great customer experiences. We need someone who loves working in a collaborative team and is willing to create something great!
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, designers and engineers to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements and improve natural language processing experiences that help customers diagnose and solve problems.
- Define, configure and maintain application features and business rules to ensure they meet customer needs and expectations
- Collaborate with business intelligence teams to identify data opportunities and design dashboards/reports to support decision making.
- Become an expert on key customer support issues and related solutions
- Report on metrics that support organizational priorities
- Identify potential bugs or issues affecting the customer experience
