You are responsible for:
- meet visitors' expectations.
- Providing quality customer service by responding to calls and emails related to customer reservations and inquiries. -
- Providing personal assistance, solving customer problems and directing them to the various options and services at Disneyland® Paris.
Daily position:
- Fixed variable fee (based on collective goals).
- The position will be filled on a 6-month fixed-term contract from 19.06.2023.
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 9.15-19.30 / Saturdays 9.15-18.30 / closed on Sundays.

- The position requires a very good knowledge of French and English (C1 level).
- The positions offered are for a fixed period from 19 June to 31 December 2023.
- Your presence is essential during the training period from 19 June to 31 July 2020.
