key competencies
- Excellent knowledge of animation software and expert keyframe animation skills in a variety of styles.
- Pre-visualization experience (eg blocking, tech-vid, virtual production). In-depth knowledge of pipelines and processes used in animation development.
- Good understanding of technical art workflow (transformation, skinning, simulation).
- Extensive experience working in full production cycles, delivering quality content (movies, TV shows, games). Ability to anticipate, prioritize and organize work to achieve goals.
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and work well with a team.
Description
- Create believable animations for various characters, creatures and subjects.
- Collaborate cross-disciplinary, working closely with designers, technical artists and engineers to create animation from concept to execution.
- Work with performance data to adapt it to project needs.
- Assist in the filming of the show with material preparation, choreography, shooting lists and direction.
- Set delivery specifications and rate other artists' submissions.
