Full Description:
- Develops and executes customer support approach: facilitates meetings with patron frequently to discuss provider levels expectations, proportion system enhancements, talk operation of advantage plans, become aware of gaps in service stages, determine root causes and develop answers.

- Manages all plan management sports, inclusive of installation, plan set-up, eligibility, billing and drafting with the aid of running proactively with support areas; symptoms-off on identity playing cards.
- Manages open enrollment and fitness fair activities.
- Manages wellness software for Plan Sponsor.
